Vancouver Auto Show at the Downtown Convention Centre
On Friday March 22nd, 22nd, myself along with three other BCIT Journalism classmates visited the
Vancouver Auto Show at the Downtown Convention Centre. This was for a Long
Documentary Production Project we are taking on. We inquired from presenters about what the event
entails and what visitors can expect to see along with the Test-Drive station, the
automotive industry’s long-term goals to create a full electric motor vehicle by 2030,
and Fraser Basin’s sustainability initiatives and accomplishments building the zero
emissions fleet. We have interviewed various presenters at the fair who were willing to

VYTYNANKA EXHIBITION-NEW WESTMINISTER
On March 21st I had the pleasure to attend the Ukrainian “Vytynanka” Exhibition held in New Westminster showcasing exquisite Ukrainian paper-cut art designs. I spoke to hosts, artists, and speakers from this exhibition as well as employees from the the Ukrainian-Canadian Congress who were kindly willing to be part of my project. This event served to commemorate Ukrainian culture as well as the ongoing war still needing to cease. This exhibition lasts from March 21st-April 30.
